The idea
Gemz is a Solana launchpad that connects a tradable coin with an NFT and a dedicated vault. The NFT identifies the artwork, collection or accumulation strategy associated with the coin. The vault holds acquired assets and receives the fees assigned to that launch.
You trade the coin. You can inspect its NFT, vault address, holdings and recorded transactions. Ownership of the coin does not automatically transfer copyright, title to physical property or a redeemable claim: those rights depend on the actual asset and its terms.
Solana launches and asset accumulation use mainnet. Availability of collection, marketplace and governance actions depends on the connected integration and the launch policy. Ecosystem milestone buybacks are being prepared; $GEMZ has not launched and these rewards are not paying out.
Launching a coin
- Make the coin. Enter its name, ticker and image. Tickers can use lowercase letters. Website, X and Telegram links are optional.
- Choose its backing. Create your own NFT, select an existing NFT or collection, or choose an asset strategy. This determines where creator fees go.
- Create or connect the NFT. For an original NFT or strategy, Gemz prepares a Metaplex Core mint into the dedicated vault. The NFT address and transaction can be inspected.
- Launch on Pump.fun. Review the current cost and optional initial buy, then sign with your wallet. The mint address is reserved in advance; new launches use the Gemz address pool.
- Finish the fee connection. If the launch requires an additional transaction to establish fee routing, complete it on the same page. A broadcast coin is not proof that every vault setup step has finished.
The creator funds the launch costs shown before signing: NFT creation, coin creation, the required accounts and vault reserve, network fees and any initial buy. Estimates can change as the network or transaction changes. An expired unsigned request can be refreshed; already confirmed steps are reused.
The launch flow preserves the NFT, reserved coin mint and vault across retries. A timeout is checked against chain state before replacing an attempt. Do not start a second launch merely because a submitted transaction is still confirming.
Four ways to back it
Create a 1/1 NFT
Mint original art or a strategy NFT into the vault. For an artist launch that needs no external purchase, the designated creator fees go to the artist. An acquisition strategy instead keeps its allocated fees in the vault.
Create a collection
Create a collection and connect a coin to its collection policy. The intended accumulation flow buys qualifying collection NFTs into the vault. Collection creation and marketplace purchasing must both be supported before this route can execute.
Acquire one NFT
Choose an existing NFT as a purchase target. Fees accumulate toward a valid purchase. Until the NFT is acquired and its custody is verified, it is a target, not an asset already backing the vault.
Collect an existing collection
Choose Entire collection to accumulate its lowest-priced eligible NFTs. Gemz refreshes the current floor and sets a bounded price ceiling before launch. Purchases check the current listing, collection identity, price ceiling, available fees and marketplace execution route before adding each NFT to the vault.
Physical goods and services need an actual issuer or service provider. Manual purchase mandates use an approved budget followed by a purchase report; the next payout requires acceptance of that report. Creating a water, property or startup NFT alone does not integrate fulfillment, buy property or create equity.
The NFT link
New original and strategy NFTs use Metaplex Core. A strategy launch binds its specification to the coin mint, NFT address, vault and exact underlying token mint. The server checks that the NFT is held by the expected vault and that its controls match the launch before proceeding.
The NFT is the strategy’s identifiable record. For example, a GLDx strategy NFT describes accumulation of GLDx. It is not a token issued by the gold provider and is not itself evidence that gold or GLDx has already been purchased. Confirmed balances and purchase receipts are the evidence of holdings.
Artwork, metadata and rights are different things. An image can represent an asset without granting copyright or redemption. Optional creator descriptions can explain intended rights, but a description cannot override the configured fee policy or create a purchase that has not occurred.
Inside the vault
Each launch has a dedicated wallet. It can hold the backing NFT, acquired token balances and SOL reserved for execution. Mainnet signing uses server-managed Privy wallets with application controls. This is managed custody; it should not be described as a fully autonomous, trustless DAO escrow.
- Available strategy income is tracked separately from the wallet’s total SOL balance.
- Execution reserve pays for network fees and required token accounts. It is not treated as spendable purchase income.
- Acquired assets remain in the vault after a confirmed purchase. An NFT image or a planned quote does not count as a holding.
- Pending transactions retain their identity so a retry cannot blindly spend the same budget twice.
A Solana vault cannot directly own an Ethereum or BNB Chain NFT. Those assets require a wallet in the source network, supported acquisition and custody checks. Cross-chain catalog discovery does not by itself mean cross-chain execution is ready. Gemz must validate the actual route before allowing an executable launch.
Creator fees
Pump.fun trading fees and creator revenue follow the protocol’s current rules. The full trader fee is not necessarily the amount available to Gemz or the creator. Gemz routes the creator-fee portion according to the launch configuration; there is no universal guaranteed 1% income.
| Launch type | Destination | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Original artist NFT | Designated artist recipient | Claim available fees from your profile. |
| NFT acquisition | Coin vault | Accumulate toward an eligible asset purchase. |
| Token strategy | Coin vault | Buy the configured token through Jupiter. |
Claim and send
In Profile → Creator fees, choose Claim beside an eligible artist coin. The server checks the current balance and fee recipient before preparing a transaction. You review and sign it. Send transfers SOL from your own connected Gemz wallet to the address you enter; it is a separate action with its own review.
The panel immediately reuses the last saved snapshot for your account, wallet and network. Fresh balances update in the background. A failed refresh keeps known amounts visible and marks their freshness instead of replacing everything with zero. Cached amounts are for display; a claim always needs a current check.
Strategy and acquisition fees are committed to the vault’s policy. They are not personal artist income and do not become claimable merely because you launched that coin.
Asset strategies
A strategy is an NFT specification plus a concrete purchase policy. The launch creates its own Core NFT; the catalog card is a template, not a pre-minted NFT claiming ownership of the underlying asset.
The supported token, its exact mint and the fee destination are fixed by the chosen strategy. Before launch, Gemz verifies the Solana mint, token extensions and a live purchase quote. Before spending, it rechecks the policy, available income and current execution conditions. An unavailable route remains unavailable even if its catalog card can be viewed.
Current purchase limits
- Minimum swap input: 0.005 SOL.
- Maximum swap input per execution: 0.1 SOL.
- Network and account-creation allowance: 0.003 SOL, or 0.005 SOL for Ondo routes that may need an intermediate USDC account. The allowance reduces spendable input; only actual costs leave the vault.
- Policy reserve: 0.01 SOL; effective protected reserves may be higher for other obligations.
- Maximum slippage: 1%. Maximum absolute quoted price impact: 2%.
- Only a supported mint, an exact-input quote and a validated transaction can proceed. A failed or uncertain submission is reconciled before retrying.
Example: a strategy with a 0.003 SOL allowance needs at least 0.008 SOL of available fee income for a 0.005 SOL purchase. An Ondo strategy needs 0.010 SOL. Both also keep the protected wallet reserve. Below those amounts, the vault waits. More trading can add income; users do not have to authorize each routine purchase after the strategy is properly set up.
The worker executes on its configured schedule. Reaching a threshold does not mean an immediate swap in the same second. A token’s availability, liquidity and issuer controls can change. Scheduled checks and activity-triggered checks share execution locks. A busy or failed pass is retried later; the schedule is not a guarantee of an immediate fill.
Strategy directory
77 strategies are configured across stocks, gold, index ETFs, pre-IPO exposure, staking, stablecoins, crypto, DeFi and compute networks. For automatic strategies, issuer mints and purchase quotes were checked on 23 October 2026; every automatic launch and purchase checks availability again. Manual strategies require a specific DAO purchase proposal. Automatic strategies link the exact token. Manual entries link a reference instrument; their NFT records a mandate, not assets already purchased.

xStocks and Ondo strategies accumulate the selected issuer’s tokenized exposure. They do not register company shares directly in a holder’s brokerage account. GLDx and GLDon reference gold ETFs; Gemz holds the tokens, not physical bullion.
Anthropic PreStocks provides economic exposure to a private company, without company ownership, voting or dividend rights. The issuer’s eligibility terms apply. Its configured transfer fee was 1% when checked; Gemz caps the permitted fee at 1% and checks both the active and announced future rates before buying. Simulation and the confirmed receipt must show the minimum spendable tokens arriving after the fee. A gross amount or withheld fee is not counted as a vault holding.
Liquid staking strategies buy their specified staking token. Stablecoin strategies hold the specified token, not an insured bank deposit.
Network and compute strategies accumulate tokens such as HNT or RENDER; they do not directly purchase hardware or a service subscription. A new category only becomes executable when it has a supported underlying asset and policy, rather than a generic NFT name.
Manual purchases
For assets without a supported automatic route, Gemz creates a Core NFT describing a DAO purchase mandate. Creator fees stay in its vault. Catalog entries for commodities, ETFs, bonds and option-income funds are reference instruments, not offers, purchase quotes or issuer NFTs. Options entries currently reference covered-call/income ETFs, not individual option contracts.
- Propose the exact SOL budget, instrument, venue, executor and delivery terms. Specify 1–90 days for the purchase report.
- Holders vote through the coin’s normal governance. After the timelock, the appointed executor can Claim the exact approved amount on the coin page. Unclaimed approvals expire after seven days.
- The executor purchases manually and submits a public proof link and report. Payment alone is not recorded as an acquired asset.
- Holders vote to accept that exact report. Changing a report invalidates an older acceptance proposal. Until acceptance, another manual payout is blocked.
- After the report deadline, DAO can appoint a different executor. The previous executor loses future access. Replacement does not recover paid SOL or remove the outstanding report requirement.
The initial limit is 0.05 SOL per approved payout, funded only by recorded creator-fee income. Launch reserves, proposal bonds and other liabilities remain protected. This is an offchain fulfillment workflow: evidence and holder review do not make external custody trustless, and Gemz cannot automatically claw back money already paid. Eligibility, broker access, delivery and issuer restrictions must be resolved in the proposal before funds are requested.
Manual purchases and their reports are visible in the coin’s Backing section. Funding, report acceptance and executor replacement are available in Vote → New proposal.
Holder votes
The Votes page organizes proposals associated with Gemz coins. Voting power follows the configured token-weight model and proposal snapshot rules. Quorum, approval threshold, voting period and allowed actions belong to the coin’s governance configuration.
New launches use binding governance for supported actions. An approved proposal can execute after its voting period and timelock, provided quorum, the vault policy, available funds and the execution route remain valid. Earlier coins keep their stored terms; an advisory vote records a preference without moving assets. Supported actions include collection-strategy funding, listing a held NFT through an executable venue, and buyback-and-burn on native-SOL Pump bonding curves. Graduated or token-quoted buybacks, instant NFT offers, provider payouts, redemption and raffles are not enabled by this setting. A vote cannot bypass custody, asset or fee controls.
Holding 10% of a coin’s supply can represent a 10% token weight under its configured model. It does not by itself guarantee legal ownership of 10% of physical property, a withdrawal right or a cash distribution.
Card rarity
Rarity reflects the coin’s observed market capitalization in US dollars. It changes the card finish and, when the ecosystem program is activated, its potential reward weight. It is not a quality rating or a measure of the value held in its vault.
| Rarity | Market cap | Reward weight |
|---|---|---|
| Common | Under $40K | 0× |
| Bronze | $40K–$100K | 1× |
| Silver Holo | $100K–$300K | 2× |
| Amethyst | $300K–$500K | 4× |
| Crimson | $500K–$800K | 7× |
| Gold Rare | $800K–$2M | 12× |
| Prismatic | $2M+ | 20× |
Market cap is based on the available coin valuation and SOL/USD quote. It can move without any change to vault holdings. Sparse trading, stale data or unavailable prices can make a displayed valuation incomplete. An unverified interval does not count toward a milestone.
Milestones
The proposed ecosystem flow is $GEMZ creator fees → reward treasury → purchases of eligible Gemz coins. The rewards are buybacks of those coins, not SOL payments to their creators. This is separate from each individual coin’s backing-asset purchases.
- Reach a rarity. Bronze starts at $40K market cap. Higher levels raise the reward weight.
- Hold it for one hour. The first eligible milestone requires one hour of supported observations above that threshold.
- Maintain it. After a confirmed reward, the next retention reward is eligible no earlier than 24 hours later, with a full day of supported observations at its qualifying tier.
- Progress once. A confirmed higher-tier milestone covers the lower milestones. Falling and crossing the same paid level again cannot earn another first bonus.
Dropping below a tier resets its holding clock; lower tiers can retain their clocks if their thresholds remain satisfied. A data gap longer than 15 minutes resets continuity rather than assuming the coin stayed above a threshold. The program uses observations, not a claim of tick-by-tick continuous monitoring.
$GEMZ is not created. The site can display rules and observed progress, but no ecosystem buyback is being submitted. Activation requires the mint, verified fee attribution, a funded dedicated reward budget, frequent price observation, an execution worker and confirmed purchase accounting. A daily maintenance pass alone cannot establish hourly continuity; the regular worker must provide sufficient observations before this program can be activated.
Qualification is not a promise that a coin will hold its price or rarity. Purchases may be small, delayed or absent when the eligible budget is empty. A buyback cannot establish a guaranteed price floor.
View milestonesReward budget
The initial policy budgets 10% of verified, unspent $GEMZ fee income per daily allocation. Other vault assets, artist fees, unrelated deposits, existing reservations and network-cost reserves are excluded.
- 70% of that daily budget goes to new milestone rewards.
- 30% goes to daily retention rewards.
- Each pool is shared in proportion to eligible weights: 1, 2, 4, 7, 12 and 20.
- One coin can receive at most 25% of the total daily budget. This cap applies across the day, not independently to each execution.
- Unallocated amounts and rounded fractions remain in treasury. Empty pools do not force spending.
Within a pool, a coin’s preliminary share is its weight divided by the sum of eligible weights. A Prismatic coin has 20 times the weight of a Bronze coin; its final payment is still subject to the budget and per-coin limit. The actual eligible population determines the share.
Worked example
If the verified unspent pool contains 1 SOL after reserves, the daily budget is 0.1 SOL: 0.07 SOL for milestones and 0.03 SOL for retention. The per-coin ceiling is 0.025 SOL for the day.
Suppose the milestone pool has ten Bronze coins, four Silver coins, two Amethyst coins and one Gold coin. These are illustrative counts, not a forecast. Their total weight is 38. Each Bronze allocation is about 0.001842 SOL; each Silver 0.003684 SOL; each Amethyst 0.007368 SOL; Gold receives about 0.022105 SOL before execution costs. Integer rounding stays in the treasury.
There is not yet enough Gemz launch history to estimate how many coins will sustain high rarities reliably. We therefore use observed eligibility and capped weights instead of promising a fixed percentage based on an invented distribution. Policy changes should be versioned and published before activation.
Accounting before activation
The allocator currently produces a plan; it does not transfer funds. Production execution must reserve one daily budget atomically, attribute income to confirmed $GEMZ creator-fee receipts, validate the target coin and route, reconcile pending transactions, and mark a milestone paid only after a confirmed receipt. Re-running a worker must not allocate the same income twice. Until those activation conditions are met, the program remains disabled.
Your account
Privy handles sign-in and connected identities. Available methods can include wallet, email, X and Google, depending on the app settings. A linked X account helps identify a creator; it does not verify their artwork or business claims.
Your profile brings together your public identity, linked wallet, created coins and eligible creator fees. The Portfolio page organizes coin holdings as a collection. Collectors ranks participating accounts by the value of their Gemz holdings.
Collector PnL covers currently held Gemz coins where sufficiently complete trading history is available. Transfers, missing history and incomplete pricing can prevent a reliable number. An unknown value should stay unknown, not be represented as zero profit. Network and launch costs are not automatically part of a trading PnL figure.
The signing wallet must match the wallet authorized for the operation. Signatures authorize transactions; the site does not need you to paste a seed phrase or private key. Cached account data is scoped to the account, wallet and network.
Execution & data
Onchain and indexed state
Coin mints, NFTs, wallet balances and confirmed transfers are onchain facts. Images and descriptions are served through metadata storage. Market rankings, profiles, preferences and some workflow state are indexed or stored by Gemz. A broken image does not mean the coin account disappeared.
Pump.fun creation
Gemz prepares the Pump.fun launch transaction and preserves the reserved mint key. When an initial buy is selected, the supported launch path includes it in the creation transaction. The address suffix comes from generating a matching keypair before launch; an existing mint address cannot be renamed.
The launch integration has been tested with Gemz-suffixed mints and creation-time buys. External terminals control their own indexing and labels. Their display is not something Gemz can forcibly change after the fact. A mint suffix alone is not evidence of a specific program or fee route.
Quotes and purchase receipts
Token routes use Jupiter. A quote is a proposal; confirmed transaction results determine what the vault received. Exact mints, input limits, slippage and post-transaction balances are checked. Metadata labels or an API response alone are not trusted as custody proof.
Refresh and recovery
Market data and fees refresh independently. Previously loaded values remain visible during background requests, with freshness information where needed. Launch and wallet operations retain transaction state so a refresh can resume a pending step. A pending signature is checked before another spend is prepared.
Automation needs funded reserves, available RPC and marketplace services, and a running worker. The UI should not treat a selected asset, a saved strategy or an approved vote as proof that its external action already succeeded.
Common questions
Is every Gemz coin already backed by an acquired asset?
No. Some launches start with an NFT in the vault; acquisition launches start with a target and accumulate fees. Inspect actual vault holdings and receipts to distinguish acquired assets from intended purchases.
Can I claim fees from an accumulation strategy?
Its designated fees belong to its purchase policy. Creator fees in your profile are for eligible artist launches. Creating the coin does not make strategy funds a personal withdrawal balance.
Does a stock strategy buy the company’s official NFT?
No. Gemz creates its own strategy NFT and buys the configured tokenized asset. Neither the strategy NFT nor its artwork is a claim that the company issued it.
Are coins paired with $GEMZ now?
No. The current Pump launch flow is SOL-based. $GEMZ has not launched. Planned ecosystem utility and future pairs should not be confused with the current quote asset.
Why can a catalog option be unavailable at launch?
The latest mint, custody or purchase-route check may fail; a marketplace listing may have changed. Execution availability is checked separately from catalog discovery.
Does the rarity bonus guarantee a higher price?
No. Rewards depend on verified income, observed qualification, budgets and execution. They buy eligible coins when enabled; they cannot guarantee a market-cap floor.
Where can I ask for help?
Gemz on X, Telegram, or gemzcards@proton.me. Include the public mint or transaction signature, never wallet secrets.
